Refund policy

Hand-Painted Canvases Because each canvas is hand-painted and made to order, all sales are final. If your canvas arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page or Shopify Inbox and we will make it right.

Digital Products All digital pattern and template purchases are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital downloads, refunds cannot be issued once the file has been delivered. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please reach out through our Contact page and we'll be happy to help.
